As an HR Business Partner youll:
Partner with leaders across various states and national functions to deliver and shape people strategies.
Provide coaching and support on employee relations performance management change and organizational design.
Contribute to key People & Culture initiatives including workforce planning engagement talent development and WHS.
Work collaboratively with a national teams including specialists in Talent OD and Systems.
Qualifications :
Has 5 years experience in a generalist or HRBP role preferably in a multisite or health services environment.
Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Thrives in a fastpaced transforming business and is solutionsfocused.
Brings strong knowledge of ER/IR performance coaching and HR best practice.
Is comfortable navigating complexity with a calm and collaborative style.
