Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers by handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product or servicerelated questions and concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution
Process orders forms applications and requests
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer support or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills
