Kia ora!

Were looking for a new team member to join a specialised team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) focused on our Airpoints loyalty programmespecifically around tiers benefits and what these mean for our most loyal customers.

About the role:

In this role youll develop a deep understanding of the inner workings of our loyalty platforms. Youll be responsible for identifying troubleshooting and resolving technical/digital issues related to individual member enquiries and our wider loyalty squads.

Key Skills:

  • Provide technical support to internal teams (Contact Centre Loyalty Corporate) and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (banking and retail partners)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Be organised selfmotivated and capable of prioritising timesensitive tasks
  • Conduct internal training and raise programme awareness. Stay updated with product updates and industry changes
  • Detailoriented committed to continuous improvement and passionate about enhancing the Airpoints program for members.

This is a permanent fulltime position. While experience in the airline or travel industry is advantageous it is not necessary. We are looking for candidates with strong technical and digital skills as well as proficiency in data handling
