Job Description

We are expanding our team in Penrith and surrounding areas and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Key Worker to join us in making a positive impact in our community. As part of our multidisciplinary team you will play a critical role in supporting families and children by helping reach their full potential. 

In this role you will:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools homes and the community.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidencebased and help participants get more out of life.
  • Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :

  • University qualifications in one of the following fields: Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Speech Pathology Social Work or Early Childhood Education.
  • Extensive key worker experience working with children aged 07 years and families.
  • Strong knowledge and advocation for the key worker model.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload.
  • A desire and passion to deliver high quality evidence based therapeutic ECI services.
