This will oversee and execute brand sampling programs and promotional events for a new readytodrink RTD coffee brand within the Richmond market. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills to help build brand awareness engage consumers and drive product trial through strategic events and sampling activations. Previous sales experience is required!
Compensation:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute product sampling events managing scheduling and logistics for a seamless experience.
- Identify hightraffic locations and events for effective sampling.
- Track sampling inventory usage and ROI metrics.
- Organize and execute promotional events popups and brand activations.
- Collect feedback and data from events and sampling initiatives.
- Provide postevent reports with key learnings and recommendations for future activations.
- Must be available up to 50 hours per week including nights and weekends to support events market activations and promotional activities as needed 8. All other duties assigned.
