DELFI Diagnostics Inc. (DELFI Diagnostics) is developing nextgeneration bloodbased tests that are reliable accessible and deliver a new way to help detect cancer. Employing advanced machinelearning methods to wholegenome sequencing data the DELFI (DNA EvaLuation of Fragments for early Interception) platform is built to address the highestburden health challenges. DELFI Diagnostics prioritizes solutions that have the potential to save lives on a global scale including for historically underserved populations. DELFI Diagnostics platform relies on fragmentomics the discovery that cancer cells are more chaotic than normal cells and when they die leave behind telltale patterns and characteristics of cellfree DNA (cfDNA) fragments. FirstLook Lung for individuals eligible for lung cancer screening is DELFI Diagnostics first laboratorydeveloped screening test and can be part of routine blood work. FirstLook Lung uses millions of data points to reliably identify individuals who may have cancer detected through lowdose CT including early stage disease with a negative predictive value of 99.8 percent. This test has not been cleared or approved by the FDA.

DELFI has 12 designated inoffice working days each week for employees who live within within 50 miles of Palo Alto CA or Baltimore MD offices

In this pivotal role youll be the trusted advisor who ensures our employees and their families are supported through lifes most important moments.
In this role youll build strategic partnerships with top vendors design marketleading benefits packages and create engaging educational programs that make complex benefits simple and accessible for everyone. Youll lead transformational initiatives like immigration support turning what could be confusing processes into smooth empowering experiences for our entire organization. Youll foster a vibrant culture of meaningful recognition where employee achievements are celebrated and contributions are valued.

- Serve as the primary liaison between employees immigration counsel and government agencies
- Guide international employees through complex visa and work authorization processes
- Monitor and track visa status expiration dates and renewal requirements
- Stay current on evolving immigration policies to ensure organizational compliance

- Established rapport with vendors to ensure quality service and swift problem solving
- Become an SME on all things DELFI benefits
What youll bring to DELFI
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 68 years of HR experience with specialized expertise in benefits and leave management
- Proven track record orchestrating enrollment processes and managing vendor partnerships
- Expert knowledge of relevant regulations (ERISA ACA COBRA FMLA ADA)
- Outstanding communication skills that translate complex information into clear guidance
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS and benefits systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment
- Creative problemsolving mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Commitment to handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
- Ability to be a hybrid employee and able to come into the Palo Alto office a couple of days a week

$120000 $160000 a year
Total Compensation at DELFI is a combination of salary bonus equity and benefits. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skillset years & depth of experience certifications & relevant education geography.
