This position will support NavarroATL. NavarroATL is located in Richland WA and operates manages and maintains the 222S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. NavarroATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering Inc. (Oak Ridge TN) and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg MD).
Performs a variety of routine to complex secretarial and administrative functions in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures. Collects analyzes and compiles data and information from various sources; composes prepares and types a variety of correspondence memos reports and other materials; maintains hardcopy/electronic files and assists with tracking budgets related to department operations programs and expenditures. Maintains professional effective communication and works cooperatively with other management and staff to ensure smooth and effective operations. Maintains sensitivity of confidential business or personal information.
Grade 4: $44163 $55688
Grade 5: $48600 $61300
The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidates education training and/or relevant experience.
