Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing support in the form of recruiting employment processing/orientations employee relations efforts supervisory support for disciplinary actions & terminations compliance and general assistance around employee functions at Newly Weds Foods plants.
Essential Functions
Oversee all employment and recruiting efforts for the plant.
Provide general support to site management (e.g. production maintenance quality assurance) on employee relations issues.
Assist with implementation and communication of Company policies practices and procedures to site employees and management.
Complete/conduct site employee complaint investigations.
Foster and support a positive working relationship with plant management and related site team leaders.
Ensures application of Human Resource procedures practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Require a Bachelors Degree in a related area.
Minimum of five years experience with a minimum of two years as a supervisor
Strong communication analytical abilities organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
Experience of Human Resources management in a food manufacturing context is preferred
