Job Description

Position Summary:
The IT Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding IT support to internal and external customers and maintaining a stable workflow of inhouse trouble tickets and IT related projects. This position is an inperson inoffice role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for the installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software either inperson or remotely
- Analyze and resolve user hardware and software computer issues
- Provide training to team members where necessary
- Configure and deploy new hardware
- Respond to Help Desk requests
- Communicate systemwide technology issues in a timely manner
- Participate in oncall rotation
- Provisions and maintains M365 accounts and software
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to install and maintain hardware and software
- Ability to understand various operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze configure and repair various hardware
- Ability to solve hardware and software problems

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Drive to complete project work on time
- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- 23 years of direct experience in Information Technology
- Proficient in Windows Linux
- Experience within Healthcare Industry preferred
Other:
- Willing and ready to exemplify HHITs core values on a daily basis
- Responsible for protecting data entrusted to HHIT by customers or other parties by strictly adhering to HHITs data security and privacy policies and procedures as well as HIPAA PIPEDA and all other applicable law.
- Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
