The Operations Specialist ensures smooth operations in the field provides ongoing coaching and problem solving with the flex ride drivers and is accessible for emergency backup and accident response. The Operations Specialist is responsible for emptying cash boxes conducting field inspections and ride along on a regular basis. This role will also complete investigations into passenger complaints and accidents and complete the needed accident reports. The Operations Specialist will also provide information to the public regarding transit operations and must understand and possess the ability to operation all Flex Ride routes and functions and serve as a backup driver as needed.
The starting pay rate is $23.60/hour.
We have 1 fulltime opportunity. The schedule is TuesdayFriday 3:30 am 1:30 pm
