Location: Highworth Swindon
Salary: 35276 per annum ( Incluses of a contracted sleepin per week)
Working Hour: Mix of 07:3021:30 (on shift) and 08:3016:30 (admin shifts)
Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
Pay Per Sleep: 63
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a childrens residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker

Confident in leading staff teams and safeguarding practices

NVQ Level 3 qualified with a UK driving licence
Strong communicator with nurturing and empathetic leadership
Sponsorship is not available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered
