We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to support the team by expanding the brands presence to new markets streamlining and improving existing processes and supporting the VP of New Business in strategic and organizational topics.
Market Expansion (Middle East & India):
Lead the market expansion strategyfrom initial research and validation to gotomarket execution
Identify and onboard new distribution partners resellers and sales agents in target regions
Localize value propositions to resonate with cultural and business nuances of each new market
Collaborate closely with Marketing Product and Operations to ensure smooth launches
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure partner success through ongoing support
Own regional sales targets forecasting and pipeline building
Represent Berlin Acoustics at key events exhibitions and meetings
Travel occasionally to support bootsontheground presence
Who You Are:
36 years of experience in business development international sales or expansion strategy
Proven track record of launching products or brands in new markets
Strong analytical and communication skillsable to convince partners and back it up with data
High ownership mentality: entrepreneurial handson and selfdriven
Experience in B2B environments (ideally in architecture furniture acoustics or designrelated fields)
Availability and Readiness to travel for work frequently
Culturally fluent and confident working across diverse regions
Fluent in English; German Italian Spanish or French is a strong plus
