Intern, Portfolio Management

Dream is looking for an Intern Portfolio Management (8 months).

What will you do

The tasks youll be assigned will vary depending on the team you join but here are some examples of the things you could be working on:

• Assist in preparing financial analysis and pro forma modeling for a variety of purposes including leasing financing and investments decisions;
• Provide portfolio and propertylevel performance analysis;
• Develop and maintain assetlevel cash flow models knowledge of Argus Enterprise software considered an asset;
• Participate in data analytics projects knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus;
• Participate in leasing meetings track lease activity and conduct market research;
• Assist with internal property valuations and liaise with thirdparty appraisers;
• Liaise with portfolio managers and investment teams to assist in segmenting tenants and assets
• Take an active role in the development of annual budgets and corporate forecasts;
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management;
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What type of experience should you have

In addition to your collaborative mindset and positive attitude you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Finance Accounting or Business Administration.
