Fire and Safety Australia (FSA) is a registered training organisation (RTO: 22250) and a leader in emergency response and safety training as well as emergency response and medical personnel services. Established in 2007 FSA is a truly national business with both training and Medical and Emergency response personnel in every state and territory of Australia. FSA is expanding its presence across South Australia and we are looking for a High Risk Work License Trainer to deliver amazingly memorable training in the region.

The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a High risk Work License Trainer to join our South Australian Training Team. This role is critical in supporting FSAs training operations in Adelaide as we continue to strengthen our presence in the region.

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic trainer/assessorwho can facilitate nationally recognised training courses. You will complete training both at client locations and at our sites across Australia. You will also be training HRWL accredited training for (but not limited to)
- Forklift
- EWP
- Dogging
- Rigging
- Overhead Gantry
You will be required to work as part of our training team wear our company uniform and support ouroperations by:
- Conducting highly engaging emergency response and safety training sessions onsite at client locations and FSA offices
- Conducting training sessions at our public training course venues.
- Conducting onsite emergency response exercises
- Travelling if required to locations within your state to assist our team.
The successful candidatewill hold the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Latest TAE with LLN competencies
- HRWL Trainer and Assessor accreditation with Worksafe NT.
- Exceptional organisational delivery and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A strong safety culture
- A selfstarter who is reliable working autonomously across various projects and courses and is able to travel as required.
