The Opportunity

Postman is looking for a strategic and resultsdrivenHead of Corporate Sales North America to lead our fastestgrowing segment: the Corporate (SMB and MidMarket) business. Reporting directly to the CRO you will own the strategy and execution for a highvelocity sales team focused on converting existing adoption into enterprisegrade expansion. This is a rare opportunity to scale an alreadythriving business unit within a productled growth (PLG) motion now supercharged by advanced MLbased customer engagement and a growing platform ecosystem.

Were seeking a proven leader of leaders. Someone who knows how to scale SMB and MidMarket sales with operational rigor deep customer empathy and a playbook for consistent revenue attainment. Experience in SaaS is required; bonus points for experience in developer tools or technical sales environments.

What Youll Do

  • Own the North America Corporate Sales segment including strategy execution and revenue outcomes across SMB and MidMarket
  • Hire develop and lead a team of highperforming frontline managers and AEs to scale revenue and deliver repeatable success
  • Implement advanced MLdriven engagement strategies that complement our PLG engine to drive pipeline conversion and expansion
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Marketing Sales Development Product and Customer Success to create a unified customer journey
  • Build and operationalize territory planning quotasetting and forecasting processes that support predictable growth
  • Drive team accountability for meeting and exceeding ambitious ARR goals with precision in pipeline management and deal execution
  • Coach at scalebuild a performance culture through consistent feedback training and enablement
  • Lead from the front by joining highstakes customer conversations and helping close strategic accounts
  • Provide crisp datadriven reporting to Sales and Executive leadership

About You

  • 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 3 years managing managers in highgrowth environments
  • Demonstrated success leading Corporate SMB or MidMarket segments to exceed revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of PLG models technical SaaS sales and developer personas
  • Proven ability to scale systems and processes that drive velocity and efficiency
  • Skilled at crossfunctional collaborationparticularly with Product and Marketingto align GTM strategy
  • Exceptional communicator and executive presence; comfortable with Clevel conversations
  • Obsessed with developing talent and building strong resilient teams
  • Analytical and systemsoriented; fluent in the metrics that drive sales performance
  • Customerfirst mindset and a strong ethical compassyou win the right way

Location: San Francisco or Boston

Compensation: The estimated total ontarget earnings (OTE) for this role range from $300000 to $350000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
