Now Hiring: Accounting Manager The Woodlands TX OnSite $110K$115K Full Benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee commercial property accounting operations including financial reporting and analysis. This fulltime onsite role is based in The Woodlands TX and reports directly to the Controller with four direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthend close including journal entries reconciliations and financial reviews
- Analyze quarterly financial variances and approve A/P invoices
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and yearend audits with auditors and lenders
- Collaborate with property managers and internal accounting staff
- Reconcile bank statements support annual budgeting and manage CAM and tax reconciliations
- Tackle special projects and support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (required)
- 10 years of commercial property accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and either Yardi or MRI
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead teams manage deadlines and solve complex problems
Compensation & Benefits:
- $110000 $115000 annual salary
