Internship Term: Fall 2025 (September 8 December 19)
Commitment: Fulltime or Parttime
Location: Onsite in Somerville MA
The Job:
Were seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Event Logistics Intern to join our team. As an intern you will play a key role in supporting the Event Marketing Team with tradeshow event operations inventory management and logistics planning. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in event management and contribute to the success of Formlabs tradeshows.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership to reorganize and optimize event storage and inventory assets in HQ and our event agency
- Support tradeshow logistics planning including booth shipping inventory management and event setup
- Collaborate with fulfillment and facilities team to align on shipping schedules and event setup
- Curate procure and manage physical and digital assets used in tradeshows
- Support all other Marketing / Sales Teams with the logistics of special projects i.e. Partnership and Community Dental Teams
Requirements:
- Previous strong record of campus involvement
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Drive Docs Sheets and Slides)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills with ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
- Ability to manage time efficiently meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and learning
- Physical Requirement:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have:
- 3D Printing experience or interest in learning
- Experience with inventory management software and CRM programs
- Knowledge of event planning tools and CAD software
