What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing the smooth transfer of funds (cash/stock) by communicating daily with brokers and customers.
Answering client queries regarding the status of their transfers and ensuring timely resolutions.
Identifying inconsistencies and solving transferrelated issues with a criticalthinking and problemsolving mindset.
Collaborating with internal teams including Payments Customer Support and Product to streamline transfer operations.
Supporting senior team members with data insights to refine processes and introduce new features.
Optimizing processes to enhance both internal efficiency and customer experience.
Conducting indepth analysis and translating insights into actionable steps for operational improvements.
Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless fund transfers.
Tracking project tasks monitoring progress and effectively communicating key outcomes.
Staying uptodate with industry developments and best practices.
What Youll Need
A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or higher) in a STEM subject.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity.
Excellent communication skills to manage broker relationships and internal collaboration.
A keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
Previous experience in financial services investment banking or fintech (internships included) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables basic modelling); SQL Python or R is a plus (TBC).
Fulltime availability and willingness to work in an inoffice environment.
