Job Description

Whats the opportunity

Y Victoria is currently seeking Casual Educators for our School Holiday Programs in the West. This is a casual position with School Holidays shifts that vary across 6:30am 6:30pm.

The West locations are Featherbrook P9 College Point Cook College and Truganina South Primary School.

The hourly rate for the position is between $33 $38 p/hour (depending on your qualification & experience) 11.5% super.

As an School Holiday Program Educator you will be dedicated to empowering young children and have a passion for providing engaging experiences. Supported by the OSHC team and an experienced Coordinator you will enhance positive relationships with children and families while facilitating our School Holiday programs. You also get to attend fun incursions and excursions and have fun while you work.

We will be conducting an hour inperson Group Assessment for this role end of May/early June 2025.

What will I need

  • Youll need to have either completed or be working towards an ACECQAapproved qualification (see the link below) or willing to enrol in a course
  • Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
  • Youll need to have or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Childrens Check employee check
