Job Description

Youth Advocate Programs Inc. in Merrimack County is seeking a Part Time Administrative Manager who is highly organized and detailoriented to join our team. As an Administrative Manager you will be responsible for daytoday administrative functions for our program office.

Status: PartTime Hourly

FLSA Classification: NonExempt

Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Merrimack County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist prepares weekly paperwork and payroll processing. Also maintains confidential participant and personnel records.

  • Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff families and other service providers.
  • Should be organized pay attention to detail have good time management skills and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
  • Should have the ability to work well with others be friendly and have an outgoing personality.

Pay Rate: $ 20.00

Availability: Flexible Schedule about 1520 hours per week.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is highly preferred.
  • Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
  • Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Some understanding of insurance and thirdparty billing is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
  • Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule some evenings and weekends may be required.
