Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teachers Assistant to join our team! This individual will support the planning and implementation of ageappropriate activities and provide a safe engaging environment for children.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
45hour certifications in:
- Child Growth and Development
- Preschool Curriculum
- InfantToddler
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of child development stages (social emotional intellectual)
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in physical activities (bend squat dance run etc.)
Preferred: Associate or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
