Job Description
Are you a handson leader who takes pride in highquality outdoor work Join Riverside Services as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and take charge of a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional landscape care throughout the seasons. This is a fulltime yearround opportunityincluding snow and ice management in the winterwith room to grow within a wellestablished company.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and motivate a crew on daily maintenance tasks such as mowing trimming pruning and site cleanup
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Operate and maintain professionalgrade landscaping equipment
- Train new team members and support ongoing skill development
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of landscape maintenance experience (preferably with foreman or crew lead responsibilities)
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- A current DOT cardor willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a team effectively
