Yamhill County has three (3) regular fulltime position for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)/Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician. In this role you will perform a variety of tasks while working largely in the community providing crisis and deescalation services with law enforcement partners in criminal justice and community members. Additionally your duties will include assisting in quality assurance activities participating in program planning and development engaging in concurrent collaborative documentation in EMR with clients and may include care coordination and case management crisis services skills training providing or participating in consultation inservice training and education programs as well as other necessary administrative tasks and related work as required by the program supervisor/manager.
This position may be underfilled with a Behavioral Health Clinician. Please see classification specifications below for details.
Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician: $6261 $7934/month (DOE)
Behavioral Health Clinician: $5751 $7351/month (DOE)
Schedule for these positions is working three 12 hour shifts in a row; current schedule available is 5 am to 5 pm days TBD.

The Qualifications:
An MSW or masters degree in a social services field from an accredited school is required in addition to:
Behavioral Health Clinician:
Advanced Practice Behavioral Health Clinician:
CADC is preferred but not required at hire. Must have an NPI number or be able to obtain one upon employment. Successful completion of a background check is also required.
The Candidate:
As a successful candidate you will have a working knowledge of techniques specifically related to community mental health services and the following abilities:
Typing and computer proficiency is required for collaborative documentation. Additionally you should have excellent communication skills and will be dependable organized selfdirected detailoriented and possess the ability to work in a team environment and to interact with coworkers clients and the public in a courteous professional manner.
