Who You Are: The Auto Collision Repair program emphasizes vehicle cosmetics teaching students professional techniques in automotive painting refinishing and nonstructural body repair. Students gain handson experience through livework projects and the use of industryspecific tools.
The Instructional Assistant plays a key supportive role in the Auto Collision classroom and shop. Responsibilities include assisting the instructor with daily classroom management providing handson support in the auto collision shop and performing administrative duties as assigned by the instructor or school administration. This role requires a strong understanding of auto collision processes and a commitment to student learning in a technical handson environment.

Instructional Aides provide administrative support to a workgroup or function in a taskoriented environment. They possess a present focus and will handle multiple tasks with provided direction in the scope of their workgroup. Customer service skills are a top priority as they often serve as the frontline representative of the workgroup.
