About the Role

Were seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Release Engineer to join our R&D Division in Bangalore India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing tools for building and installing UI/UX software for complex systems with experience in CI/CD pipelines automation and DevOps.

What you will do

1. Design and Develop Tools: Design and develop tools for building and installing software for complex systems.

2. CI/CD Pipelines: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines including automated tests and deployment scripts.

3. Automation: Develop scripts for automating tool deployment testing and release processes.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts in Germany to implement bots maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve software development/release infrastructure.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Experience: 69 years of handson coding experience in DevOps with experience in CI/CD setup and configuration.

2. Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of Linux shell scripting and Groovy scripting for Jenkins pipelines.

2. Experience with Docker Python 3 and GitLab CI.

3. Familiarity with AOSP Android Studio and AWS.

3. Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points if You Have

1. Experience with CI/CD Tools: Experience with Gerrit GitLab Jenkins and Yocto.

2. Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or Azure including EC2 and monitoring tools.

3. Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum and rapid development cycles.
