Working 36.5 hours per week
Join our Housing Solution & Support Service team to deliver a responsive and customerfocused Allocation & Application Service. You will ensure Birmingham City Councils Housing Allocation Scheme is administered correctly and within legislative requirements. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice on the housing allocation scheme conducting housing application assessments managing the shortlisting and allocation of properties and monitoring nomination acceptances and refusals.
