Were seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager of Data and ML/AI Science to lead a highimpact team of data scientists analysts and data modelers for our B2B SaaS Enterprise Impact platform. In this role youll be responsible for delivering AIpowered insights models and data productswhile also championing strong data ownership and governance across our systems.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in data science and machine learning a strong foundation in data modeling and analytics and experience leading crossfunctional teams in a productdriven SaaS environment.

What youll do:

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead support and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists analysts and data modelers
• Define and deliver the data and AI science roadmap in alignment with product and business goals
• Foster a collaborative inclusive team culture grounded in experimentation continuous learning and responsible AI practices
• Partner with product engineering and clientfacing teams to build intelligent features recommendations automation and analytics

Data Science & AI Delivery

• Oversee the design and deployment of models for classification natural language processing (NLP) and forecasting
• Ensure models are productionready explainable fair and continuously monitored for accuracy and drift
• Establish modular reusable frameworks to support scalable and efficient model development
• Guide experimentation and A/B testing to validate insights and improve platform performance

Data Modeling & Analytics

• Lead the design of structured domainspecific data products to support AI analytics and BI use cases
• Own key data definitions taxonomies and lineage ensuring clarity and consistency across teams
• Promote best practices in dimensional modeling and feature engineering

Data & AI Governance

• Act as a data owner for key domains driving data quality consistency and compliance organizationwide
• Implement governance practices including data cataloging metadata management and policy adherence
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to uphold privacy standards (e.g. SOC 2 GDPR PIPEDA)
• Define and maintain governance standards for AI systems including documentation reproducibility and traceability

What youll bring:

• 5 years of experience in data science or analytics including 3 years leading technical teams
• A track record of delivering impactful AI/ML solutions in SaaS or productled environments
• Solid understanding of data governance data modeling and domain ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and nontechnical teams
• A degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or a related field

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics experimentation frameworks and B2B platform data structures
