Job Description
St. Edwards School
Starting in September 2025
Position Available
St. Edwards School is a wonderful school with kind students and a lovely supportive parent community from Kindergarten to Grade 8. We have expanded to grade 8 and are looking for a grade 8 teacher for next school year with a possibility of remaining permanently.
Successful applicants will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Catholic faith
- Have the ability to work as a member of a school team.
- Have the ability to work with teachers at multiple grade levels.
- Have the ability to work with students who have learning behavioural/emotional and/or developmental disabilities.
- Have the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Is a practicing Catholic
- Holds a current Manitoba Teaching Certificate or working towards or teaching experience in another country
- Experience working as a teacher in Grade 1 2 or 3
- A letter of reference from your parish priest
