You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelopmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Senior Director of Program Operations. This role will shape and lead the strategic direction of our Program Operations Department to include administrative services case management care team and program excellence. As a key member of the leadership team the Senior Director of Program Operations will oversee the development and execution of operational strategies that support the organizations mission and drive measurable outcomes. This includes full oversight of compliance process improvement and business planning across the department. The successful candidate will be an innovative systemsthinker an experienced team leader and a collaborative partner across all programmatic and administrative functions. In addition success in this role will require a strong understanding of existing and future DP programming strategic priorities project management principles and practices budgetary and data management expertise and demonstrated business forecasting/planning acumen.

We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for longterm care services and are one of Colorados Community Centered Boards (CCB) connecting people to federal state county and private funding. We are also Colorados largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources serving the City of Aurora in addition.
