BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seekingDirect Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Monett/Neosho/Exeter MO areas. BAYADA caregivers Direct Support Professionals DSPs work oneonone in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. As a member of our team you will be valued respected and heard.

Our support professionals deliver exceptional support and care to all clients.
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the favorite hobbies and activities of the client
- Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation

Qualifications for our support professionals:
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
