Pay:$80000 $90000 annually
Work Schedule:MondayFriday
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Full Cycle Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for 135 employees. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Paylocity Prevailing Wage compliance and 401(k) processing. Strong attention to detail accuracy in data handling and advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fullcycle payroll for 135 employees including hourly and salaried staff.
- Manage payroll for Prevailing Wage jobs and ensure wage compliance.
- Administer 401(k) deductions and reporting.
- Scrub verify and reconcile payroll data for accuracy.
- Utilize Paylocity for processing reporting and employee records management.
- Submit required reports to EDD and other government agencies.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support audit processes.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in fullcycle payroll for mid to largesized teams (135 employees).
Proficiency in Paylocity and Microsoft Excel (vlookups pivot tables data validation).
Knowledge of Prevailing Wage laws 401(k) contributions and EDD regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
