THE ROLE:
- This position will report to the: Manager Sales Customer Management
- Location: Remote
- FLSA Status: NonExempt
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Employment Category: FullTime Temporary
- Pay Range: $21.00 $25.00 Hour

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Sales Assistant position is responsible for managing the process flow of customer short payments followup and clearance of shortpaid items. Additionally this position will help with order entry and serve as support staff for the SCM team booking appts confirming orders and inventory management.
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsibleforhandling/justifyingadjudicationofissueswherecustomerpaymentsdonotmatchbilled amounts
- ServeasliaisonbetweenvariousdepartmentstominimizelossesandexpediteShortPay processflow (Sales/SCM teams and Finance/Accts. Receivable)
- Monitorcustomerwriteoffsbytrackingfulfillmenterrorsdamaged/nonsellableproducts
- CreateExcelchartsandspreadsheets;performsomeAccessdatabasefunctions
- Must be well organized with a good sense of how to prioritize tasks
- Must be detailed oriented excellent organizational skills excellent communication skills and must be able to offer creative suggestions to improve operations.
- Must be ready and willing to work in a fastpaced always changing environment.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of management in all departments and facilities
- Experience in Inventory Management is a plus
- Work with sale(s) person in determining product prices
- Support the Sales Department in growing our business.
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications:
- HighSchoolDiplomaorGED;andoneyearpreviousexperienceworkingwithcustomersinasalesrelated/ customer service capacity
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity/knowledgeofcustomerShortPays
- Experience with JD Edwards Red Prairie and fulfillment processes
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:
- Must be able to sit for an extended period during work period
HOURS & WORKDAYS:
- 1st shift (8:00am5:00pm) Monday through Friday when business requires before/after hours will be mandatory
