Job Description
Schwartz Truck Center is currently seeking a Truck Service Manager to join our team. Prior Truck Service Manager experience is required. We are willing to consider Truck Service Advisor experience as well.

Requirements:
- Prior Truck Service Manager experience or knowledge of writing repair order warranty and internals
- Must have experience working with Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel Trucks
- Attend factorysponsored training classes.
- Must be willing to become HINO and Fuso Certified
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Mechanical and Technical knowledge
- Management experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of diesel mechanics service technicians and support staff.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring quality and timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry standards regulations and best practices to ensure adherence to legal and environmental requirements.
