Job Description
Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 2 years experience working within an educational setting with minority students including developing and implementing diversity and retention issues. Ability to work evening hours. A broad understanding of minority issues. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
