In this position...

• The Vehicle Personalization Finance Manager positions is a critical leadership role within Fords Customer Service Division (FCSD) finance team.
• This individual will employ their business acumen skills controllership capabilities and leadership skills to help grow the accessories business.

What youll do...

• Lead FP&A activities for vehicle personalization including monthly close reporting forecast consolidation budgeting and business planning
• Lead the implementation of new business processes driving consistency simplicity and optimization across our span of influence
• Deliver results and growth through using revenue management principles data and analytics competitive benchmarking and agile financial analysis
• Assess ongoing market dynamics to identify profit optimizing opportunities through volume allocation pricing inventory optimization and/or mix changes
• Lead key accounting activities to support critical workstreams including:
  • Monthly close
  • Internal control requirements including compliance testing
• Provide analytical rigor and thought partnership to help drive key business decisions
• Own and lead ad hoc / whitespace strategic initiatives developing business cases and aligning with leadership on actions
• Identify best practices benchmark and work with peers in other regions around the world

Youll have...

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related fields
• 7 years of experience in finance leadership roles of increasing responsibility
• Experience with data analytics software such as Alteryx a plus
• Demonstrated record of challenging the status quo to drive a strategic vision; ability to influence and anticipate challenges and chart a path forward
• Strong people leadership skills ability to provide clear and constructive feedback and has experience with proactively building a highperforming team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments; recognize changing priorities and flexibility to react to changes as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence and courage to do whats right for the business
• Ability to work 3 days per week in Dearborn Michigan office location

• MBA with a concentration in Finance Accounting or Business and/or CPA
• Adept at using natural curiosity and autonomy to work in white space
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional results with the ability to multitask in the face of ambiguity and rapidly expanding/changing environment.
