Job Description
:
- BSc/BEng in Chemical Civil or Process Engineering.
- Masters degree in Water Environmental or Process Engineering will be an advantage.
- Professional Registration (PrEng) with ECSA required.
- 1520 years relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Handson experience in the design specification and commissioning of:
- Water Treatment Plants (conventional and advanced);
- Wastewater Treatment Plants (activated sludge MBR BNR etc.).
- Proven experience in water reuse projects including potable and nonpotable reuse schemes.
- Familiarity with reusespecific technologies and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with national standards such as SANS SABS and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of contract administration (GCC FIDIC).
- Proficiency in relevant software: AutoCAD Civil Designer Civil3D; process simulation tools a plus.
