Duties And Responsibilities
Provide quality customer support to all users of campus technology Support customers over the phone and/or facetoface Communicate technical information to nontechnical customers verbally and in writing Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a wide range of computing issues and end user issues for both campusowned and customerowned systems Install desktop computers software peripherals printers and other technology solutions Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and telecommunication issues Some lifting and moving of computer and network equipment Perform other duties as assigned
