Were looking for a proactive Team Secretary / Assistant to join a fastpaced clientfirst team. In this pivotal role youll work alongside Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional service ensure operational efficiency and act as a trusted conduit between advisers clients and the broader team. This is more than an admin roleits about driving service excellence building trust with clients and enabling advisers to deliver their best.
Key Duties:
- Be the right hand to the team of adviserspreparing detailed client meeting notes review letters and managing CRM updates with precision.
- Triage and respond to client queries ensuring clarity professionalism and a solutionsfirst approach.
- Take initiativeanticipate needs own tasks from start to finish and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep clients front and centre ensuring exceptional outcomes and satisfaction in every interaction.
- Help streamline communication and workflow so advisers can focus on delivering strategic advice and growing the business.
- Stay commercially aware and up to date on markets regulation and financial industry trends.
- Manage case progress follow up with prospects and support the submission of compliant accurate advice cases.
