Job Description

A leading manufacturing industry is looking for Field Sales Executive to join our team in the furniture industry. This role involves engaging directly with clients understanding their furnishing needs and offering tailored solutions from our diverse product range. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales possess excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for design and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients including homeowners interior designers and businesses to present our furniture offerings.

  • Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions that align with their preferences and budget.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting the features and benefits of our furniture pieces.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years in any sales or other field preferably within the furniture or home d cor industry.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
