Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential clients including homeowners interior designers and businesses to present our furniture offerings.
Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions that align with their preferences and budget.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting the features and benefits of our furniture pieces.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in any sales or other field preferably within the furniture or home d cor industry.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
