Project Manager Healthcare Architecture

A nationally recognized architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in healthcare design to join its Orlando team. This is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects through all phasesfrom planning to constructionwith a focus on design quality team leadership and client satisfaction.

What Youll DoLead all phases of small to midsized healthcare projects ensuring coordination from concept through closeout
Act as the primary contact for clients consultants and internal teams
Drive project planning scheduling and budgeting in collaboration with firm leadership
Oversee all technical and administrative tasks from construction documentation to design reviews
Track project financials including invoicing work plans and profitability
Facilitate team communication and lead regular checkins across disciplines
Champion client relationships and act as a strategic design advocate throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise consultants and mentor junior team members
Ensure code compliance detailing accuracy and alignment with healthcarespecific standards
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
Minimum 8 years of architectural experience including 5 years managing healthcare projects
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex project scopes
Proficiency with healthcare codes regulations and best practices
Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Deltek or similar systems)
Strong communication and presentation skills in clientfacing environments
