This Human Relations Representative 1 position enforces the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act by investigating and conciliating complaints of discrimination primarily in employment and public accommodations which are alleged to have occurred because of a protected class such as race color sex national origin ancestry religious creed age familial status disability and/or retaliation.
You will assess jurisdiction draft and investigate complaints of discrimination and serve as the facilitator of the settlement process by communicating settlement proposals. Work also involves performing initial contact calls to ensure service documents have been received monitoring that all answers and documents are received within appropriate timeframes and assisting the legal department in cases that requires further processing.
