Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Draft and file family law documents (petitions responses discovery declarations etc.)
- Maintain and organize case files from intake to resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information
- Coordinate calendars hearings deadlines and client appointments
- Support attorney in trial preparation including exhibits and witness coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office setting
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office (experience with Clio a plus)
- Highly organized dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
