Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the strategic planning direction and coordination of facility production equipment maintenance as well as the upkeep of building mechanical systems and infrastructure. This role includes coaching guiding training and developing department personnel to promote safe and efficient work practices ensuring production and budgetary goals are met planning special maintenance projects and managing equipment effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor also ensures compliance with internal controls safeguarding assets providing reliable financial information and adhering to laws regulations policies and procedures.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of managerial or leadership experience.
Proficiency with computer hardware and software including MS Office (Excel Word) MS Project and Adobe.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionality.
Strong communication problemsolving and motivational skills.
Certification to operate lightduty forklifts and equipment (e.g. Lull ManLift).
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Capability to work in a fastpaced environment and perform physically demanding tasks including repetitive motions and heavy lifting.
Familiarity with tools like pallet jacks and lift trucks; ability to climb and operate warehouse equipment.
Flexible scheduling availability.
Experience working with diverse teams and departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl.

Factory environment includes exposure to varying temperatures noise levels and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
