Description
The Senior Strategic Partnership and Business Development Manager will focus on the development and execution of a partnership strategy in various domains. This role involves generating a strong pipeline of partners fostering relationships and managing and growing the strategic and financial value from partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise business insight and robust relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective partner strategy that aligns with the companys broader business goals. Identify potential partnership opportunities that can significantly enhance our offerings HP consumer PCs and create new monetization opportunities.
Evaluate new opportunities with partners provide strategic direction and secure buyins from various internal organizations.
Define and execute deals; negotiate large multifaceted agreements.
Develop and nurture relationships with partners. Collaborate closely with partners to enhance the strategic and financial value of each partnership. Identify opportunities for joint initiatives comarketing product integrations and more. Need to maintain executivelevel contacts with key partners.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g. product engineering marketing ops legal) to ensure partnerships are effectively utilized across the organization.
Create potential growth opportunities in new verticals by conducting thorough market research and analysis and developing initial use cases for consumer PC users and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
10 years of professional business development partnership or other related experiences in technology sectors.
Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field. Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
Knowledge/experiences in digital ad or adtech
Being able to quickly learn and develop understandings in various sectors.
Distinctive problemsolving and datadriven analysis skills combined with sound business judgement.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and dealmaking skills.
Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without authority.
Ability to plan organize and prioritize multiple projects.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly selfmotivated with get it done mentality.
The base pay range for this role is $149900 to $217350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
