Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Graduate from an approved Post postsecondary vocational Program or three (3) years of recent related experience.
Preferred: Three (3) years related commercial/mechanical experience. Dependent upon operational requirements the following certifications will be required: EPA approved certification 40 CFR subpart f refrigerant handling practices Class I II II and Plumbing License certifiable or acquired within three (3) years.

Position Summary:
Preventive maintenance installation service repairs and improvements of a wide variety of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems including but not limited to Mechanical Structural Systems and Equipment. Testing troubleshooting and routine safety inspection of systems components circuits parts and related entities using standard test equipment and methods to assure the proper calibration and efficacious operation. Provide emergency maintenance services and procedures upon utility and system failures.
