The SPS Summer Program is seeking an Administrative Assistant Reports to: SMILE/ESY CoordinatorsThe Summer Administrative Assistant performs administrative assistant and clerical duties as outlined by the SMILE/ESY Program Coordinators to support and facilitate the daytoday operations and communications of the SMILE Coordinators with general office operations such as handling mail answering phones screening calls speaking with and assisting parents;Create and send various SMILE communications including written verbal or phone system related messaging;Participate in building safety and security including entry lockdown fire drills and evacuation during SMILE Program duration;Process and reconcile SMILE budget account; if requiredAssist SMILE staff with getting acclimated and orientated to the school building;Oversee completion and processing of accident reports and compensation forms if requiredMonitor and track staff attendance;Enter data and run reports using school information systems if required;Record keeping and filing of various SMILE documentation for the school;Perform other schoolrelated duties as assigned by the Program is a 4week program that targets numeracy and literacy skills in a setting that supports social development.
