Position Overview:
As aProduct AnalystSenior at Freddie Mac you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that advance our mission of making homeownership more accessible and sustainable. In this dynamic position you will act as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions ensuring our data applications and systems maintain the highest standards of reliability efficiency and security.
Working in a collaborative crossfunctional environment you will utilize your expertise in business analysis data analytics and Agile methodologies to support key initiatives across the organization. Your contributions will directly impact Freddie Macs ability to deliver innovative housing finance solutions through comprehensive requirements gathering user acceptance testing and process improvement.

Your Impact:
In this role you will focus on two primary areas:
Business Analysis
- Analyze new products and enhancements assessing impacts on existing systems and implementing necessary operational changes.
- Define and review business requirements to capture customer needs and guide change initiatives facilitating the resolution of obstacles to drive projects forward.
- Develop user stories acceptance criteria test plans and test cases supporting the execution and documentation of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Formulate longterm strategies for process and technology improvements.
Business & Operations Support
- Provide production support including oncall troubleshootingfor critical application issues logging defects performing root cause analysis and ensuring controlled deployments.
- Support risk controls audits and complianceactivities ensuring data integrity and operational resilience.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience as a business or product analyst with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with databases (DB2 Oracle Sybase SQL Server MongoDB PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS Snowflake).
- Bachelors degree in business Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Modern delivery methodologies; Scrum/Agile certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python is advantageous.
- Familiarity with metadata tools (e.g. Collibra).

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $100000 $150000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Employment Type
