POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Implementation Intern at Industrial Scientific you will work alongside the Implementation Lead to support the successful rollout of our iNet program at customer sites. This internship is a handson opportunity to gain exposure to customer onboarding project coordination and crossfunctional collaboration in a realworld teamdriven environment.
In this role you will assist with preparing onboarding materials tracking project progress gathering information and supporting internal communications related to customer implementations. Youll learn how standard implementation processes are developed and how effective planning and execution contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized curious and eager to learn more about customer success technical services and project support in a professional setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist iNet Implementation Lead during the implementation process in addressing any issues/concerns promptly and managing the deliverables of multiple stakeholders.
- Work with Implementation Lead to identify specific internal/external customer goals along the implementation process and develop a customizable implementation checklist to ensure a complete and seamless implementation experience for our customers.
- Map the Implementation process from Commercial handover to the 30 day post installation followup identifying key intervention points and a functional RACI at each step.
- Assist the Implementation Lead during the onboarding process for new iNet customers by attending and/or scheduling calls note taking information gathering and followup.
- Work crossfunctionally with teams including Sales Customer Success Field Services Fulfillment and Product Management to identify potential risk during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies as well as identifying and solutioning for general continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support Implementation Lead in verification of customer satisfaction by validating appropriate follow up measures are completed including the closure of open actions post implementation surveys final meetings etc.

REQUIRED
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g. Business Engineering Operations or similar) with a strong desire to gain handson experience in customer success and project coordination.
