BRANCH: 44AUSTIN TX

JOB ORDER: 54957


TMD STAFFING IS LOOKING FOR GAMING SERVICE REPS! WFH $12.00/hr.

This position is a 24/7 contact center with a twoweek training period set schedule. Upon completion of the training the client will determine a set schedule to include at least 2 days off. This position is remote. You can live anywhere in texas.


Pay:$12.00 / HR

Start date will be coming up soon May/June we are getting a team together now!


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficient writing skills chat and email required.
  • MS Office
  • Proactive and motivated individual
  • Must have a computer and internet access at home for this position.
  • Technical knowledge
  • Knowledge in mostly PC and MMOs Preferred
  • A gaming background is a big plus!

Responsibilities:

  • You will be coached by our lead support on how to handle a variety of site issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to users.
  • Empathetic communicators to keep our users trust.
  • Can communicate with grace without being face to face with users.
  • Are excited about learning and always want to know more.
