We are a two form split site school seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant primarily based at infant site.
We are looking for a motivated child centred practitioner to support children with a wide range of needs. This post requires a strong communicator. A positive forward thinking attitude is essential. The candidate should be patient adaptable and able to fit into the school environment embracing our vision and values.
The successful candidate will be driven to ensure that the children under their care develop and learn in a safe and supportive environment receive high quality education and care. You will be enthusiastic hardworking and full of creative ideas and will work to provide rich and stimulating play experiences. Applicants must be able to work well within a team as well as on their own.
Although not essential the ideal candidate will have relevant or some experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and qualified to NVQ level 2.
The postholder may be required to support with lunchtime duties.
